Spring Flowers

Deanne Jean is behind the inspiration of my card, she is this week's Muse at Muse Card Club. Click her name to see the amazing card she made! I focused on the colors, making a border and having flowers in the corner. I stamped a swirly flower image from Stampendous with Distress Ink and embossed with clear powder. I paper pieced the flower part, paper pierced the border with the help of a ruler and added the sentiment. Hyvää Kevättä is Finnish language and means "Good Spring Wishes".  I'd also like to enter:

Addicted to Stamps!

Tällä viikolla Addicted To Stamps And More haasteessa ollaan kirjaimellisesti addiktoiduttu leimasimiin, haastena kun on käyttää leimasimia. :) Leimasimia meillä monilla tuntuu olevan kaapit pullollaan joten haasteeseen mukaan vain! The stamp I've used for my focal image is by Crafty Individuals, I think those girls are so beautiful. I made the yellow-orange cardstock myself by having fun with Stardust mists -the card has a beautiful shine IRL, it's a shame it doesn't show in the photo. I did some background stamping with a text stamp from La Blance and added lace and ribbon to finish off the card -not too many embellishments but I think the card looks pretty full anyway. I hope you'll join our Stamps Challenge, I love visiting everybody's blogs, happy crafting!

Rustic vs. Shiny!

Hiya!

Two cards two show you this evening, they differ quite a lot from each other. The first card, with stamped dragonflies and chipboard butterflies, is for C.R.A.F.T. Challenge, I've followed their recipe of 2 squares (well, my base card is also a square but I hope the base doesn't count!), one circle, one sentiment and use ribbon. My dragonflies come from Impression Obsession and the text is Chocolate Baroque's. I've created the colors myself with Stardust mists -the shine of the card is beautiful IRL. The paper is mulberry paper so it has a pretty texture too. 

My second card is for CAS-ual Fridays where the theme is to use silver. I've stamped my Hero Arts chandelier with silver Embrace Ink and embossed with clear powder. There's more silver in the glittery matting card. I embellished with small half pearls, they have a slight purple tone in them, quite pretty actually! Hip hip hurraa is "hip hip hurrah" in Finnish -pretty close to English. :)

toivottavasti suomen kieltä etsivät rullasivat sivun tänne tarpeeksi alas! Muutaman kortin tein eilen yömyöhällä, haastekortteja totta kai, addikti mikä addikti. :) Ensimmäisessä kortissa olen luonnut kuviopaperit itse: pohjana on mulperipaperi, päälle on suihkittu Stardust-misteillä ja leimattu Inpression Obsessionin taustaleimasimella sudenkorentoja. Teksti on Chocolate Baroquen ja siivekkään tyylin viimeistelin chipboard-perhosilla. Toinen kortti on enemmän CAS-linjoilla: leimasin Heron kynttiläkruunun hopealle Embrace musteella ja embossasin värittömällä jauheella. Hiukan kauniin liilan sävyisiä puolihelmiä ja teksti, siinä se! Tuesday Throwdown!

Moikka! Aika uuden Tuesday Throwdown-haasteen! Aiheena on "Thinking of You" eli "Ajattelen Sinua", monenlaiset kortit tulevat kyseeseen: kortit ystävälle, parene pian- kortit, osanotto-kortit... Time for Tuesday Throwdown! Our theme this week is "Thinking of You" -many opportunities from fun friendship cards to get well cards and sympathy cards. I wanted to do something cheerful and decided to work with Chef Luigi from Digital Delights, you can find him here. One has to love his mustache! I've colored Luigi with my Copics and kept the embellishing quite minimal. With my patterned paper I was looking for French country but I think I ended up with (not too classy...) Italian Pizza place! :)

Digi Sketch Challenge #2!

Aika uuden Digi Sketch haasteen! Tämän kertaisen luonnoksen näet tuolla käännöksen jälkeen ja teemana on "Dear Friend". this is my first ever card for Without Words Challenge. It's a blog that I visit really often, I love the concept of CAS card with a focus on coloring but I've been too intimidated to enter the challenges, there's always so amazing creations... Everyone in the DT is an artist when it comes to coloring, I highly recommend you to visit their blogs! Anyway, now I thought it's about time I enter after months of planning. :) I colored up Silver Fairy from Whimsy Stamps with Copics, she is a beauty with a difficult dress. :) I hope you like my card, thanks for popping by!

Nämä kortit olen julkaissut Koukussa Kortteihin-sivustolla jo päiviä sitten, nyt pääsevät tänne bloginkin puolelle. Kyseessä ovat Eemelin megaringin kortit 5/8, kastejuhlat ja 6/8, häät. Kumpikin näistä korteista edustaa minulle epätyypillistä värimaailmaa mutta siitähän nämä ringit ovat kivoja, että tulee haastaneeksi itseään ja oppii uutta. Sininen-oranssi- komboon aion palata, kivan reipas! Hääkortin väritys epäonnistui surkeasti -en ole vesivärittänyt aikoihin ja sen kyllä huomasi... Etenkin sulhasraukka on kasvoiltaan aivan läikikäs ja hänen stylistinsäkin on tehnyt vähän arveluttavia valintoja... Älkää katsoko turhan tarkkaan! :) Mukavaa päivää kaikille, huomenna pyörähtää käyntiin uusi Digi Sketch Challenge, käväisethän kurkkaamassa, mitä olemme keksineet tällä kertaa!

Kaksi hyvin erilaista korttia / Two Very Different Cards

Hi! I've made maaaany cards this week and it looks like these will be the final two for two different challenges. I have formed an obsession to certain challenges -the ones that I really really like I would not want to miss... I missed last week's challenge at Muse Card Club and I'm happy I now had time to take part again -t's so much fun! This week's muse is Marion Vagg with her colorful card with washi tape. I loved the colors and horizontal stripes but decided to go to for different style, I tried to create a more vintage look. Somebody could say that vintage and bright colors can't go together but I wanted to try anyway! Here's the card:

"Ystävälle" is Finnish language and means "For A Friend". The ballerinas look a bit weird floating there but my original plan, putting flowers in the corner, didn't work any better, I couldn't find flowers that I liked... Well, you can't get it right always can you. :) I'm not super happy with the card but I do like the stripes a lot, thanks Marion for inspiration!

My second card is for Less Is More Challenge, the theme for this week is "Up In The Air". I think the balloon fits to that category... And the bunny looks like he is jumping up to the air as well! I paper pieced the balloon with the same paper that I used for matting. The image is colored with Copics and I also used some white gel pen for the icing of the cake + glitter glue for the cake's wrapping and the flame of the candle.

Sinistä/ Feeling Blue

Heippa! Netissä roikkuessani (jota tapahtuu liian usein ja liian paljon...) törmäsin uuteen kivaa haasteeseen, jossa osallistujat saavat kuukausittain uusia digikuvia ilmaiseksi. Tämä ensimmäinen kuva oli jaossa kaikille, maaliskuun kuvan saavat tähän ensimmäiseen haasteeseen osallistuneet. Löydät Imagine That-haasteblogin täältä. Minulla lienee jonkunlainen kukkakori-addikitio, tämä on jo kolmas samantyypinen digikuvani, mutta minkäs teet, kukat on niin ihania! Tämän kortin taustapaperi on tehty itse käyttäen Lindy's Stamp Gang Stardust-suihkeita. Kimallus ei niin kuvassa näy, mutta luonnossa eri sinisen sävyt kimmeltävät kauniisti. Lähetän tämän läheiselle, jolla on juuri nyt aika rankkaa -en halunnut siksi koristella ylenmäärin vaan pidättäydyin yksinkertaisen kauniilla linjalla. Hi guys! When surfing online the other day (too often and too much by the way...) I found a new challenge blog,  Imagine That. This is a cool challenge where you get a free digi every month. This flower basket was now available for everybody and those who play along with it will get the March freebie. I think I have a flower basket addiction since this is already 3rd that kind of digi I have... But I can't help it, flowers are so beautiful! The background is made with Lindy's Stamp Gang Stardust-mists, it has a beautiful shimmer and shine in real life but it's not too visible in the photo. :(  I'm sending this to someone close having a rough time and wanted to keep it CAS and not make it too "frilly and festive". Vintage Theme at Addicted To Stamps And More!

Addicted To Stamps And More haastaa jälleen! Tällä kertaa teemanamme on vintage, minulle tosi mieluisa aihe, ovathan vintagekuvat yksiä suosikkejani korttien teossa. Päädyin tällä kertaa liilan eri sävyihin ja pidin koristeet aika maltillisina -en halunnut piilottaa kaunista pitsiä ja lisäksi tein yhden ison koristeen embossaamalla Penny Blackin kukan valkoisella pilkkupaperille, samaa paperia näkyy myös kuvan taustalla. Jätin kortin toistaiseksi ilman tekstiä sillä käyttötarkoitus ei ole vielä selvillä. Toivottavasti tulet mukaan haasteeseemme! Time for Addicted To Stamps And More! Our new theme is one of my favorites, vintage! I love vintage images, vintage colors, lace... You name it! I chose a lilac color scheme and am pretty happy how it turned out. The lace was so beautiful that I didn't want to cover it up too much -I just added one big Penny Black flower, embossed with white on the dotty paper that I've used behind the image as well. Silhouetteja/ Cards with Silhouettes

Tässäpä tiistain iloksi muutama yksinkertainen kortti. Silhouetti-digikuvat ovat Floppy Latte Designsin valikoimista ja kun CAS-ual Fridays peräänkuulutti mustaa, valkoista ja yhtä väriä, muistin nämä kaunit kuvat ja päädyin vähän epätavallisiin CAS-kortteihin -romanttisuus ja vintagekuvat kun eivät ehkä ole kovin yleinen näky CAS-korteissa. :) Väritys Copiceilla, kukissa Glossy Accentsia, antaa ihan kivan lisäsäväyksen. Mukavaa päivää sinulle!

These are maybe not the most common looking CAS cards -they are so romantic with their  vintage images- but I hope they'll do! I remembered I had these silhouettes from Floppy Latte Designs and really wanted to use them. Both girls have Glossy Accents in their flowers for little extra impact. Tytöt Tahtoo Pitää Hauskaa/ Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Anoppini tilasi siskolleen onnittelukortin tästä Bugaboon huikeasta digikuvasta, löydät sen täältä. Ajattelin pelata samalla Bugaboon bingoa ja valitsin rivikseni nauha, sydän, charm. Listan kaikista haasteista löydät käännöksen lopusta. Kortti on sangen yksinkertainen eikä siitä ole hurjasti kerrottavaa, vähän innostuin koristelemaan leimakuvaa vielä värittelyn jälkeen: keskimmäinen mimmi sai paitaansa glitteriä, vihreään puseroon lisäsin pisteitä ja vihreään käsilaukkuun tein kolmiulotteisuutta pearl makerilla. Reunimmaisille naisille laitoin tähden hiuskoristeeksi -vai mahtavatko tytöt jo nähdä tähtiä juhlimisen seurauksena... :) Hauskaa viikkoa sinulle, kiitos kun katsastit korttini!

My Mother-in-law ordered this card for her sister's birthday -she wanted me to use this hilarious Bugaboo image that you can find here. While working with their image I decided to play Bugaboo's bingo and chose Ribbon, Heart and Charm (the other one of the charms is a heart). All my challenges are listed below. The card is pretty simple and there's not much to tell about it... I did do some extra decorating after coloring my image: The lady in the middle got glitter to her blouse and I also added some dots to the green shirt and pearl maker to the green purse for interest. Two of the ladies received stars for hair decorations -or maybe they are seeing starts already after all the partying... :) Have a great week, thanks for popping by!

Yksinkertaisella Linjoilla / Feeling Simple

Heippa! Tässä postauksessa on esillä kaksi CAS-luonnoshaasteisiin tekemääni korttia. Olen tosi innostunut tästä CAS-suuntauksesta tällä hetkellä: on hauskaa mietiskellä, miten kortista saisi mahdollisimman mielenkiintoisen mahdollisimman vähillä lisäyksillä. Toivottavasti tykkäät korteistani ja leppoisaa sunnuntaita sinulle! 

Hi! Here's two cards  that I made yesterday for sketch challenges : the first one is for CAS Colours and Sketches and the second one, with the rooster, for CASE this Sketch. I'm really into CAS at the moment, I like to think about how to make the card interesting without adding too much. I hope you like them! So, the first sketch and my first card:

I've used my favorite solid flower stamp to represent the circles of the sketch. I added couple of butterflies (Kanban Stamps) heat embossed with Ranger's powder that leaves a rough, textured surface. Some stones and a sentiment from Chocolate Baroque. That's that! :) The second sketch and my second card:

I took some liberties with the sketch... I have two sentiments, the other one represents the vertical line in the sketch and well, I can't say my rooster looks a lot like the banner of the sketch! But he looks quite funny in his party hat, don't you think? :) The rooster comes from a set of stamps by Crafty Secrets and the birthday-text is from Kanban. Pastelli Kollaasikortti/ Pastel Greetings

Moikka! Tämän kortin idea lähti Outlawz-sivuston maanantaihaasteesta, jossa piti CASEta (copy and share everything) DT-jäsenen työ, minun ispiraationi takana on Melissa kortillaan, joka löytyy täältä. Osallistun tällä muutamaan muuhunkin haasteeseen. Kukkaleima on Kanbanin, paperit silppulaatikosta, muutama koriste lisänä, näillä mennään. :) Kuvaus näiden vaaleiden värien kanssa oli vähän hankalaa, mutta saa siitä lähes selvää! Leppoisaa viikonlopun aloitusta!

Hiya! The idea for this card came from Monday Challenge at Outlawz: we were asked to CASE a DT card. I chose Melissa with her card here. I just adored her card and wanted to try similar style -I chose a pastel color scheme because I wanted to use some scraps I had lying around. :) The flower stamp is from Kanban and the text, Onnea, is Finnish language for Congratulations. The picture is not perfect -it was quite difficult with a card with so pale colors, in the end the dark background helped a bit. Have a great weekend and thanks for popping by!

Vauvanorsu / Baby Elephant

Hitisiläinen, hoksasin, että viime sunnuntaina alkaneen Koukussa Kortteihin haasteen DT-korttini on postaamatta tänne blogin puolelle. Haasteen aiheena on tällä kertaa "suuret elämänmuutokset" -tämä kortti norsuliineineen on vauva-onnitteluihin tarkoitettu. Norsu on ääriviivatarra, ihan söpö tuli kun liimasi tarran kuviopaperille. Sai vähän sillpujakin hyödynnettyä. :) Haastetta on vielä muutama päivä jäljellä joten KK-jäsenet, eikun osallistumaan! Takana on rankka työviikko, olen huomisesta lähtien viikonlopun vapaana, voi ihanaa onnea... Luvassa hiihtoa, askartelua, leffaan menoa ja muuta mukavaa. Kiitos kun kurkkasit korttini!

Here is my DT-card for Finnish Hooked On Cards Challenge (site needs registration). The theme was "life changing events" and I decided to make a card for a baby using this cute elephant -he is a peel-off sticker. I glued him on a piece of paper from my scraps box and just added a doily and some gems. I think this could be for either girl or a boy -the colors are quite unisex. I had a tough week at work and I'm really happy about the coming weekend... I'm also free tomorrow, I've planned some skiing and a little bit crafting, in the evening we go to the movies with hubby. Time for this week's Addicted To Stamps And More! We are playing bingo -I chose digi, red and heart. I wasn't needing any more Valentine's cards so I made a simple birthday card (Onnea is Congratulations in Finnish). I used a flower basket digi from Clear Dollar Stamps, available here -this image is free with any purchase. Musiikkia! / Less Is More - Music

yllä oleva korttini on Less Is More haasteen one layer-viikon työ... Aiheena on musiikki. Tuo suoraan korttipohjaan tekeminen on minulle toistaiseksi aika haastavaa ja hermoja raastavaa, mutta haluan oppia joten osallistun haasteisiin minkä kerkiän. :)  Tämä on yksi kolmesta eri yrityksestä ja tästäkin muistaakseni neljäs versio! Leimailujälki ja asettelu tuntuu olevan mielettömän tärkeä homma tällaisessa yksinkertaisessa kortissa -sutut eivät tule kysymykseen ja vinot tekstitkään ei näytä kovin kivoilta! Tällä kuitenkin mennään -ja muuten riskillä, sillä liimasin kolme koristetta -taitaa mennä ohi sääntöjen. Ups. Mutta tulipahan harjoiteltua!

above is my card for the one layer week at Less Is More. I've been practicing my CAS skills for several months now but I'm still quite new to one layers -if the LIM designers/other people with CAS-wisdom  pop by here, could you tell me if I've over-embellished the card with my three blings? In the rules it says "minimal embellishing" and I of course agree to that, but those swirls around the violin were screaming for something! :) I think these one layer cards are pretty demanding -stamping has to be smudge-free, sentiment straight, positioning of the elements just perfect... When the look is simple, all the "faults" are easy to notice. This was my 4th attempt on this card design -I tried 3 different kinds with different stamps but this is the only one I wanted to post! lol. Oh well, I anyways enjoyed this "CAS exercising" a lot. :) Thanks for popping by!

Bee Happy! Tuesday Throwdown DT Card

Tiistai koitti, tämän viikkoisen Tuesday Throwdown haasteen aika! Tällä viikolla kaikki voivat osallistua -teemana on "Anything Goes" eli kaikki käy. Palkinnon tarjoaa The Cutting Cafe, jonka mehiläis-aiheista digisettiä olen käyttänyt tässä kortissa - löydät setin täältä. Tein taustapaperin itse: tekstin tulostamisen jälkeen värjäsin paperin DI musteilla, suihkutin päälle vähän vettä saadakseni valkoisia pisteitä, kuivailin. Seuraavaksi leimasin reunoille "kanaverkkoa" Crafty Secretsin setistä ja lopuksi tupsutin keskelle palloja Punchinellan läpi. Mehiläiset on käsitelty myös DI musteella, tussit pysyivät tällä kertaa laatikossa. Kortista tuli aika kiva vaikka 3 mehiläistä päätyikin kaljuiksi - kapeat tuntosarvet oli niin hankala leikata siististi, että lopulta luovutin. :) Pari blingiä mehiläisten koristukseksi, juuttinarua, siinä se. Toivottavasti osallistuisit haasteeseemme -haasteblogissa hienoja DT-kortteja, käyhän kurkkaamassa!

it's Tuesday, time for Tuesday Throwdown! This week everybody can take part: our theme is "Anything Goes"! The Cutting Cafe is sponsoring us this week and the bee- themed digi set I've used in my DT-card is from their selection, you'll find it here. I made the background myself: After printing the text I sponged my paper with Distress Inks and also sprayed a bit of water for "white spots". Then I dried the paper with my heat tool and stamped some chicken wire to the edges, that stamp comes from Crafty Secrets. The final step was sponging more Distress Ink through Punchinella to get the circles. I kept my markers in the drawer and sponged the bees as well. Some jute string and a couple of blings finished odd the card. I like the end result although 3 of the darling bees became bold -I struggled in cutting their antennas and in the end, had to cut them out... The First Ever Digi Sketch Challenge!

Vihdoin koitti tämä odotettu maanantai! Willow Sketchie haasteen jatkaja Digi Sketch Challenge on nyt täällä! Ensimmäisenä aiheenamme on "Love Is In The Air" eli Rakkautta Ilmassa. Haasteisiimme on aina kaksi viikkoa aikaa osallistua ja joka haasteessa on tarjolla palkinto -olemme saaneet upeita sponsoreita. Ensimmäisen haasteemme sponsorina toimii Scrappiness Designs ja palkintona on digisetti, jonka papereita ja koristeellista tekstiä on käytetty tässä kortissa. Minun suosikkiartistini on Adele ja rakastan hänen "Someone Like You"-hittiään, en kyllästy siihen varmaan ikinä... Tuo laulu lienee olla tehty jollekin hyvin spesiaalille tyypille ja siitä lähti ajatus käyttää noita askartelulehden kylkiäisenä tulleita ompeluaiheisia leimasimia "SEW Special"-tekstineen. Someone Like You:n menestys myös nosti Adelen ennennäkemättömään suosioon ja olen ymmärtänyt tällä biisillä olevan erityisasema myös hänen sydämessään. Here's my card for two challenges: the layout comes from CAS(E) this Sketch! and I was inspired by the love song theme at CAS-ual Fridays. The song I chose is by Adele, my favorite artist... I'm pretty sure that the song "Someone Like You" is written for someone special and that gave me the idea to use these magazine freebie-stamps with the text "SEW Special". I've also understood that "Someone Like You" is a very special piece for Adele herself -with that song she rose to the superstar fame she is now enjoying. I also think that Adele is very special -what a girl, what a voice, what a charisma! At first I wasn't sure about those stamps in a CAS-card, they are so vintage... But in the end I'm quite happy with the result. The doily stamp is from My Mind's Eye. 

If you have been visiting my blog lately you might have noticed I keep on changing the template and the colors -I started to experiment and now I don't seem to become happy...Don't be startled if the look is different again tomorrow! :) By the way, tomorrow is the day for the first ever Digi Sketch Challenge -I hope you'll pop by for more info. tässä Eemelin megaringin neljäs proggis, todella kauniit materiaalit oli, kiitos Salma! Tein vähän erilaisen taittelun kuin yleensä, aika kiva malli, ohje on täältä. Jos klikkaat kuvia, ne terävöittyvät -mikäli jollain olisi ohjeita, miten kuvat saisi näkymään bloggerissa terävinä pienempinä niin ottaisin kiitollisena vastaan... Jos näiden kooksi valitsisi "erittäin suuri", olisivat täydellisen teräviä, mutta menevät sitten sivuelementtien puolelle ja näyttävät siksi hölmöiltä. Hmm. Joka tapauksessa, korttini on siinä määrin simppeli, etten siitä enempää turise, toivottavasti tykkäät, mukavaa viikonlippua!

Considering that green is my favorite color, I seldom make green cards... When I saw Laurie's inspiration card at this week's challenge at Muse Card Club, I immediately knew I wanted to use green papers. I chose them already at Monday and decided I would follow Laurie's design, I liked those tall panels... And then I found no stamp, sentiment, nothing that I liked for the whole week. :) Yesterday I decided I should color up this fantastic Kenny K digi image, Frieda Flapper, I was lucky some weeks ago and won 5 Kenny K images in their challenge. Frieda is amazing, isn't she?  Laurie's card was pretty CAS so I tried to keep mine simple as well -I did add some rhinestones to her headband for festive look. Laurie's card had a "Happy Everything"- sentiment -I think my Frieda sure looks happy! The text is Finnish language and means just "hi". I hope you like my card, thanks for looking!

Kraftia Ja Kermaa / Kraft And Cream

Moi kaverit, olen kiireessä joten vain enkuksi tällä kertaa, tämä kortti on Less Is More haasteeseen!

above is my card for the currant Less Is More Challenge, happy 2nd Birthday LIM! We ares poiled with some beautiful sun today (first time in 10 days!!) so I went outside to photograph my kraft & cream card -naturally I dropped it to the snow so in the picture it's a bit wet from the left side. :) After the text is a pic taken inside in unnatural light -it's interesting how different the card looks in different lights -in the second photo you hardly see the dry embossing. I used two shades of kraft cardstock, dry embossed cream card (hand embossed with a Fiskars plate "fabric") and a Darkroom Door stamp (freebie with Craft Stamper Magazine) to create this card. I stamped the image with Walnut Stain Distress Ink, heat embossed it with a coordinating DI powder and finished it off with a row of really small gems. Uulalaa, mikä vaaleanpunainen unelma! Kyseessä on Eemelin megaringin neljäs kortti ja eikös ole harvinaisen hempeää? Vaikka en ole mikäään hempeilyn super-ystävä, olen korttiin tyytyväinen - anoppikin ihastui korttiin niin, että lähti huushollista tämä kortti kassissaan. :) Nyt kohti unten maita, hauskaa viikon alkua kaikille!

Hi friends, I hope you'll like this pink vintage card of mine! It's the fourth card at Eemeli's "mega project" and I quite like how it turned out: I was out of my comfort zone but was able to create something that looked a bit like me after all. My mother-in-law actually liked the card so much that I don't possess it anymore. :) That's all from me now, just a quick post, sleep tight and have a fun beginning of the week!

It's been a couple of weeks that I haven't had a chance to play along at CAS Colours and Sketches -now I had time and it was twice as fun since they provided both colors and a sketch!  There's place for text in the left down corner -I'll stamp it when I know who gets this and for what. :) The gramophone is embossed with white embossing powder, the image is from a set of lovely music themed Chocolate Baroque stamps, I'm using it first time here. Have a nice rest of the weekend!

Tällä viikolla muusana toimi Suzanne ja tässä minun tulkintani. Otin oppia luonnoksesta, kuviopaperista leikatuista kukkasista sekä kirkkaista väreistä. Leimailua ei kortissa ole käytetty lukuunottamatta valkoisella embossattus "kevätterkut"- tekstiä. Aiemmin olen kertonut embossailevani leivänpaahtimen avulla -talomme paloturvallisuudesta huolissaan olleet ilahtuvat kuullessaan, että nykyisin käytössäni on ihan virallinen askarteluun tarkoitettu lämpöpuhallin. :) Kivaa viikonloppua, kiitos kun käväisit!

above is my card for this week's Muse Card Club. This little bit different challenge blog is having it's second week and I believe it's becoming one of my favorites! Suzanne inspired us this week and this is my take on her card: I focused on the sketch, the cheerful colors and flowers which are cut out of designer paper. Apart from the text (Finnish language meaning Spring Greetings) embossed with white, there's no stamping used in this card. Those of you who have been worrying about me burning our house down by embossing with our bread toaster are happy to hear that I now have a proper heat gun! :) Have a fun weekend!
