Hi! Here's two cards that I made yesterday for sketch challenges : the first one is for CAS Colours and Sketches and the second one, with the rooster, for CASE this Sketch. I'm really into CAS at the moment, I like to think about how to make the card interesting without adding too much. I hope you like them! So, the first sketch and my first card:
I've used my favorite solid flower stamp to represent the circles of the sketch. I added couple of butterflies (Kanban Stamps) heat embossed with Ranger's powder that leaves a rough, textured surface. Some stones and a sentiment from Chocolate Baroque. That's that! :) The second sketch and my second card:
I took some liberties with the sketch... I have two sentiments, the other one represents the vertical line in the sketch and well, I can't say my rooster looks a lot like the banner of the sketch! But he looks quite funny in his party hat, don't you think? :) The rooster comes from a set of stamps by Crafty Secrets and the birthday-text is from Kanban.
