above is my card for the currant Less Is More Challenge, happy 2nd Birthday LIM! We ares poiled with some beautiful sun today (first time in 10 days!!) so I went outside to photograph my kraft & cream card -naturally I dropped it to the snow so in the picture it's a bit wet from the left side. :) After the text is a pic taken inside in unnatural light -it's interesting how different the card looks in different lights -in the second photo you hardly see the dry embossing. I used two shades of kraft cardstock, dry embossed cream card (hand embossed with a Fiskars plate "fabric") and a Darkroom Door stamp (freebie with Craft Stamper Magazine) to create this card. I stamped the image with Walnut Stain Distress Ink, heat embossed it with a coordinating DI powder and finished it off with a row of really small gems.
