Thank You Card with Stenciling, Stamping and Heat Embossing

Hi guys,
a quick post to share a card I made for the current CAS Mix Up Card Challenge. The challenge is closing soon so I though I better hurry up getting this posted! I used a large flower stencil by sponging inks and stamping through it. I then added more sponging to the card base + went a bit crazy adding white dots with gel pen... There's quite many of them. :) This was originally going to be a one layer but after messing up my sentiment straight to the card base I ended up adding a strip of dark red card with a heat embossed sentiment. I actually like this look better than the one layer look I created first so I'm happy I made the boo boo! Have a good weekend everyone and thanks for popping by. Oh and Kiitos is Finnish for Thank You. :)

  2. This is awesome Nonni!! LOVE our stenciled flower ... and stamping through it is so creative. Great colours and design. And thank goodness for boo-boo's ... your sentiment banner looks awesome. In my humble opinion, I would still consider this one layer. Great job! And thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
