Hi guys!
I'd like to see you joining us in our new challenge at TIME OUT Challenges. This time we are inspired by words:
Happy is the Bride that the Sun Shines on
You can be inspired by the whole sentiment or just choose one word or some words as your starting point: for example Bride or Sun.
Our guest designer this time is Sue. If you are not familiar with her blog Sues's Card Craft you are in for a CAS treat! Do pop by her blog and leave her some love. :) The regular DT members have done fab job with their inspiration cards as well -do check them out!
I was inspired by sunshine (I used colored vellum that reminded me of sunshine/sunset) and also made a wedding card -inspired by the whole sentiment. The stamps I used for heat embossing with white powder come from STAMPlorations and are called Ever After and Fond Expressions. Hope you like! The layout and idea for vellum come from my good friend Milla -I received a wonderful card from her a couple of days ago.
See you at TIME OUT Challenges!
What a stunning sponged background, Nonni ... the light, airy dreaminess is gorgeous ... and the white silhouettes are perfect against it! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteYo will have to show me how you did this next week-is it sponging on vellum or vellum that was like this anyway-whatever, it has an amazing impact (why not enter into the LIM challenge-sunset colours)
ReplyDeleteA fantastic piece of vellum and like Sandie I'm wondering if you coloured it or whether it was purchased like that! Either way it makes a unique and classy BG to the white embossed images. AND yes please head over to LIM with it for our sunset challenge. Sarah x
ReplyDeleteOh this silhouette image is perfect with your soft inking. Love it Nonni.
